  • Yes, we are currently accepting new patients.

    New patients are required to book a Standard Urgent Care or Chronic Disease Management visit to allow time for a comprehensive evaluation and care planning.

  • We primarily serve adults and older adults.

    If you have questions about care for a specific age group, we encourage you to contact us to confirm whether our services are the right fit.

  • We offer both one-time visits and ongoing care, depending on your needs.

    Many patients choose to establish a long-term relationship for continuity, chronic condition management, and follow-up care.

  • Yes!

    We use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to protect your personal and medical information. Your privacy and confidentiality are a top priority.

  • At this time, we do not accept insurance. Compassionate Caregiving At Your Door operates as a self-pay practice.

    We accept cash and major credit or debit cards, allowing us to provide longer, more personalized visits without insurance limitations.

  • At this time, all visits are conducted via secure telemedicine to ensure accessibility and convenience.

    As our practice continues to grow, we plan to expand services to include in-person visits when appropriate.

Visits

  • Prior to your appointment, please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with video capability.

    Having a list of current medications, recent symptoms, and questions ready can help make your visit more productive.

  • Yes!

    With your permission, a family member or caregiver may join your telemedicine visit to support care coordination and understanding.

  • Prescriptions are issued when medically appropriate and sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

    Certain medications may require in-person evaluation or specialist involvement.

  • If your medical needs require specialty care, diagnostic testing, or emergency services beyond our scope, we will help guide you toward appropriate next steps or referrals when possible.

  • Appointments may be booked same-day if available.

    Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee.

    Appointments may be rescheduled up to three times within 60 days; additional changes may require contacting the office before booking again.
